I recently spent some continuous time on my Crimson Christmas project. The helpful videos that the designer shares in a private facebook group will be removed in October when she is ready to release the 2025 project QAL. Her designs are always so over-the-top and unique, making it hard to resist the challenge. You can find the pattern HERE . She also offers a fabric kit which eliminates the need for you to find all the right tones of batiks that blend nicely.

Here is my Crimson Christmas top, waiting for my quilting. I already know how I will quilt it and that in itself is such a bonus ! I do wish it was slightly larger but I think adding a border would spoil the design.
I'm joining these lovely linky parties this week. Please be sure to visit them to see what other creative quilters are sharing.

ReplyDeleteLove the asymmetry of the pattern. I spent a few minutes speculating on how it might be pieced. Very tempting to join the QAL.
