RSC 2020 - August, Sept, Oct

I've been busy sewing, cutting, sewing, and lots more cutting.  I  had 3 new RSC projects for 2020,  they have joined the unfinished groups of RSC projects from 2019,, 2018 and maybe ??????

While cutting, I did cut for one of my 2020 projects, I call this block a double pinwheel.  It might more properly be termed as a friendship pinwheel.  At any rate,  I was doing 3 blocks in each color, for a 30 block quilt.  I will have to doodle in EQ to see if I want a narrow sashing between the blocks or not.  Either way,  they make a nice alternate pattern too.

  2. Pretty blocks, Kat! Those would make a great pattern without any sashing!

  6. LOL -- RSC does not translate to finished quilts, does it? (Sez she who has two boxes of rainbow-colored units from 2019 and 2020.) Your Friendly Pinwheels shine and they'll look even better when they're in a flimsy (which is one step closer to that elusive finished quilt). And here's to January pink!

  13. Love how these blocks look together! It'll be interesting how they look with a skinny sashing, and which design you choose. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
