Peace on Earth

I made 2 Peace on Earth tops, similar but each very scrappy.  This first one is now complete with free motion quilting and a sleeve on back for hanging.  It finished at 30 x 37.  I used 2 glide threads on the top, a medium gray and a navy in the black fabric so I could see where I stitched.  I used a forest green in the bobbin to match the fabric on back.

  5. What a pretty quilt, and all ready for the holiday! Just the right size for a wall hanging or for laying over the back of a couch. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

  7. I love this, Kat! I really like the scrappiness of it. Great idea to quilt with navy on the black fabric. I love using black fabric but have a really hard time seeing what I've done! Thanks for sharing with us at Monday Musings!
