Sudoku Girls Quilt # 1

 I cut out this pattern as a kit last December.  Since I needed a canvas to stitch along with Natalia Bonner for her third annual 9 Patchalong where she shares new ruler quilting designs, I used it to follow along with her blocks.  It finished at 46 x 54.  My designs look a bit different since my blocks are rectangle and not square.  It's difficult to photo quilting designs that were stitched on printed fabrics.  Next year I'm going with blenders.

There is the soft and pretty fleece on the back.

Quilt 4 Kids - 22-1

 This is a cute strippie - the fabric does all the work this time. It finished at 45 x 51.  I backed it with a fleece and cotton batting.  I quilted it with straight lines on my Janome.  I dont have a pattern to share.  I put it together from a image on the internet, adjusting sizes to suit my backing fabric.

and here is a pic of the fleece backing;

Dash - a finish for donation

 I just finished this quilt.  It is from a 3 yard quilt design called  " Dash ".  My version finished at 42 x 53.  It has cotton batting and a soft gray fleece on the back.   I used the blocks for areas to sample feather designs.  I quilted it on my Janome sit down machine.  I will donate this one to the Heritage of Huntington nursing home.
