This is my January block for the Scrappy Challenge at Patchwork Times. My version is not very inventive. It was suggested to make the block/s into a finished project. That just didn't work with my 'projects of the moment'. I used a different fabric for every piece in the block. My goal is to make a sampler quilt with the scrappy blocks using a bit of black in each one to tie it together. Of course, if another month's offering speaks to me loudly, I could make an additional project.
I am happiest when working out of my scrap bins. Aren't we lucky that scraps multiply during the night? I'm linking up with the instigator of this Scrappy Challenge,
