Road to Round Rock - finished.

This quilt pattern was a free offering from Judy L. of Patchwork Times  back in February, 2013.  You will find her instruction steps here :   http://www.patchworktimes.com/2013/02/18/new-quilt-along/

I chose to make it with patriotic colors.  It had been waiting for a finished binding for a while.  Because of it's size, I had a LA from my guild quilt it up for me.  Actually, it was a barter.  I made her a 50" round quilted spiral tree skirt in exchange for her quilting.  I did much more labor, I assure you. LOL

This quilt is 62 x 78.  I did a slightly different border treatment.  There is not  a label yet since I'm not sure  where it will be gifted.  This is also a UFO finish and used at least 8 yards of fabric!  YAY!

Today   I'm linking up with                Judy L. at Patchwork Times
and   Tuesday linking up with           Freemotion by the River
 and                                                    Quilt Story.

I love to visit them all and see what other creative quilters are working on today.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
