Over 60's Aqua - OMG finished

My OMG (one monthly goal) for April was to hand embroider the center flower design on this aqua 'over 60's'  block.  I wrote about it  here




and joined up for the OMG for April  here



This is my evening stitching, daytime is devoted to machine work.  I embroidered thru all 3 layers which serves as part of the quilting too.

    Interesting technique you've used. Embroidering through all 3 layers to serve as part of the quilting will save you a step in the process of making this BEAUTIFUL quilt!!
