RSC15 Sampler - Mint Green
Finally, Blocks 24 & 25 - light greens. You'll find I cheated on the sampler center on one of them.
I've moved on to the alternating blocks now. All the color pieces are cut. Yesterday, I assembled 2 of them............... so pretty. I will be spending the next few days stitching up the remaining 22. You can visit my RSC15 Challenge page to see all my blocks for this project. I want to be all caught up and ready for the 2016 challenge. The new ideas are surmounting!
I'm linking up with Angela at SoScrappy where you can see what other quilters are creating with this challenge.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Do you think you'll be able to assemble your top by the end of the year? I wish you well with the alternate blocks.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the stitching -- I know you will be happy to begin actually laying this out!
ReplyDeleteYour monthly color inspirations have been right on. Keep up the good work with the alternate blocks.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I have a bunch cut but have not been able to sew them up yet. Maybe next week... if I can get the house cleaned up for the holiday company.
ReplyDeleteYour Sampler substitution is just right for the quilt. ALL of mine will be substitutes, as I chose not to make the blocks. I plan to use Slabs or Strings instead.
ReplyDeleteIt isn't cheating to change a pattern. Call it artistic license. Looks fabulous in either case. Getting so close!
ReplyDeleteGood for you for hanging in there with the sampler no matter how you made the centers! Looks good.
ReplyDeleteLove the way you used the zig-zag print. Such fun!
ReplyDeleteThere are great. Like Angela wrote, artistic license.
