Cards- to- Go

I've been working on fabric greeting cards this week.  I make the tops in batches.  How many I get of each design depends on how many patterns I can print on a sheet.  After stitching, they are trimmed to a whopping 4-1/4 by 5-1/5 inches and stitched onto card stock.

Here is this weeks batch:

I still have the batch of heart flags to finish up.  Here is a sampling of two cards ready to send a greeting.

They are fussy work and very time consuming, but I love to make them.  Best of all, they work out of my scrap bins, my favorite kind of work!

I'm linking up with Kelly at My Quilt Infatuation.  Hop on over there to see what everyone else is working on this week.  Thanks for visiting.

  1. Oh, I haven't made cards in a long time. These are just wonderful, but I just love the leaf ones for fall.
